Possibly my favourite pasta shape and now with English spelt. Quick to cook, works with most sauces (I made an Italian sausage and tomato sauce) and much easier to digest.
Oh did I mention that it is blummin tasty too!

Ordered after seeing advert on line. Easy to order and ordered the offer. Pasta great when cooked, keeps its shape and tastes really good.

I purchased 3 packs of various shaped pasta. It arrived within a couple of days. It’s all paper and card packaging so easy to recycle. The pasta cooks really quickly and is really tasty. It’s the best I’ve ever tasted.. I have now subscribed my order is every 2 months no more supermarket pasta for me.

I am enjoying the spelt pasta from Northern Pasta Co. It’s cooks quickly and combines easily with sauces. Very filling ; 60 grams is enough per person per meal.

The Rigatoni is fabulous with any sauce - the pasta cooks quickly and retains its al dente but the spelt flour give it a delicious bonus taste wise too. Perfect

I’m thrilled to have discovered this delicious spelt pasta made by The Northern Pasta Company. I’ve been eating organic sourdough spelt bread in preference to other types of bread for a while as it’s kinder to my guts. I used to avoid eating durum wheat pasta whenever possible because it would cause gas and bloating. This pasta is not only kinder on my intestines but it cooks well and tastes great too. I highly recommend it.
