Marvellous pasta

As a family we love pasta and the spelt version feels so much lighter and digestible. Radiatori is our new favourite!

Sent for the four packs pasta and i have to admit a bit sceptical. But the taste is lovely good texture and as a plus it’s an ancient grain sustainably grown by British farmers. I will definitely be ordering more and have recommended it to a vegan work colleague.

I’m really pleased to have found such a lovely pasta with a variety of shapes/types to choose from. I’ll be ordering this regularly from now on and can’t imagine I’ll want to use any other brand. It’s delicious!

Why is the postage so expensive please?

This pasta is so different to the standard supermarket variety. It seems to have more 'body' and is more satisfying therefore you tend to use less. The suggested recipes have all been excellent so far

Love the flavour and texture of Northern Pasta Co. pasta, which requires a shorter cooking time than other brands of dried pasta. Great for quick mid week meals.
