Sadly I can’t remember where I bought this pasta from. It is the most delicious pasta I have ever had and definitely won’t be returning to traditional wheat pasta anytime soon. We had the radiatori with a bolognaise sauce. It was the perfect match with the ruffled edges beautifully holding the sauce to it. Unlike wheat pasta this delicious variety did not leave me feeling bloated. If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!
