Fantastic quality pasta, it cooks perfectly and holds the sauce very well. It’s got good depth to it and consistency.

Ever since I discovered Northern pasta I never buy any other brand. They just taste differently, I can have them only with butter and salt and they are delicious. But they pair perfectly with any sauce, bolognaise being my favourite.

Absolutely love this sauce. Tastes homemade and healthy but also really comforting.

We love Radiatori - second only to Gigli in our view. But they're all fabulous. Now - how about some tagliatelle??
