Our award-winning Gigli is almost too pretty to eat… almost. With its graceful, flower-like curls, this pasta adds elegance to any plate while its fluted edges are perfect for catching creamy sauces, pestos, and everything in between.

Crafted using traditional Italian techniques and our signature blend of British-grown spelt, Gigli brings both beauty and flavour to the table making every meal feel a little more special.

Made with care at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, we use bronze-dies to extrude each shape for its signature texture and slow-dry at low temperatures to enhance the pasta’s naturally nutty flavour and preserve the quality of our regeneratively grown ingredients.

The best British pasta I’ve ever eaten. To cook for only four minutes from dry is wonderful.
Fantastic in soups , salads and traditional pasta diishes. Especially love the Radiatoori as it holds the sauce beautifully.
A very light pasta not heavy to taste. Love it aldente and softened in soup.
Will definitely be buying more.
