Our award-winning Gigli, is almost too pretty to eat, almost! It's beautiful flower-like shape is perfect for holding creamier sauces and pestos while making your dish look (and taste!) next level. Crafted consciously using traditional Italians methods and with our beautiful British spelt; Northern Pasta Gigli is unbeatably delicious.

We craft all Northern Pasta at our small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, with our signature blend of regeneratively grown British Spelt. We use Bronze Dies to give our pasta it's incredible texture & dry it slowly at low temperatures to enhance the delicious nutty flavour & take care of the high-quality ingredients we use.

Love your pasta

The best British pasta I’ve ever eaten. To cook for only four minutes from dry is wonderful.
Fantastic in soups , salads and traditional pasta diishes. Especially love the Radiatoori as it holds the sauce beautifully.
A very light pasta not heavy to taste. Love it aldente and softened in soup.
Will definitely be buying more.
